Hello

My name is Lacey! I support individuals navigating emotional pain, trauma, and relational ambivalence by helping them reconnect with their inner strength, purpose, and sense of self.

In a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space, we work together to better understand your emotions, face what feels overwhelming, and rebuild trust in yourself. I tailor my approach to your unique experiences and needs, thoughtfully integrating effective therapeutic methods with care and respect.

You don’t have to walk this path alone. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

Treatment Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique life story. I draw from a range of evidence-based and depth-oriented therapies, tailoring treatment to meet your individual needs, goals, and pace.

I incorporate attachment-based and psychodynamic/psychoanalytic perspectives to explore how early relationships and lived experiences shape emotional patterns, relationships, and sense of self. To support practical change and symptom relief, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), particularly in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and unhelpful thought patterns.

My work is also informed by humanistic and person-centered approaches, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I use existential and narrative therapies to help clients explore meaning, values, identity, and personal agency, especially during times of grief, transition, or spiritual questioning.

When appropriate, I incorporate mindfulness-based practices (MBCT) to increase emotional awareness and regulation, as well as motivational interviewing to support clarity, readiness for change, and recovery from addiction or self-destructive patterns. Positive psychology techniques may be used to strengthen resilience, self-compassion, and a sense of purpose.

I also offer family and marital therapy, supporting healthier communication, deeper connection, and more secure relational bonds. My approach is trauma-focused, ensuring safety, stabilization, and empowerment while honoring each client’s capacity and readiness for deeper work.

Above all, therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we work to create a safe, compassionate space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can unfold.
